Dispensation to newly graduated EU citizens for residence and stay in Denmark

In order to be entitled to unemployment benefits as a new graduate, you must have had residency and lived in Denmark immediately before beginning your studies and no later than 2 weeks after you have received your last grade.

The Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (Styrelsen for Arbejdsmarked og Rekruttering) has stated that they will waive the requirement if you have been prevented from entering Denmark due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions.
