You will gain, among other things:

  • A clear definition of resilience – and why it is crucial in your work life

  • An overview of what nurtures you and what drains your energy – and how you can influence that balance yourself

  • Inspiration to actively use your strengths when facing challenges

  • A simple tool for prioritising your tasks and turning down requests without feeling guilty

  • Specific advice on how to sleep better and have more energy in your daily life
