Mindre intensiv indsats
“Mindre intensiv indsats”
Mindre intensive indsats (directly translated, “less intensive effort”) means that you are not required to attend meetings with us or your job centre, and you are not obliged to search for jobs.
You must still be available for the job market and meet the other requirements for receiving unemployment benefits, including residence and stay in Denmark, and you must still be registered as unemployed at jobnet.dk with an active CV and fill out your monthly benefit card to qualify for payment of benefits.
You can apply for this exemption from meetings and job search when there are less than 6 weeks until you:
- start a new full time job, working at least 37 hours a week
- go on maternity/paternity leave according to the rules of the Act on Maternity Leave
- start an education on regular terms
- go on early retirement under the rules of the Act on Unemployment Insurance etc.
- go on flexi-pension, early retirement, senior pension or state pension.
If you have been unemployed for 3 months and your job search process has transitioned to the job centre, it is your job centre you should contact regarding the exemption.
