Flex job

If you are unable to obtain or maintain a job under normal conditions due to a permanent and significant limitation in your work capacity, the job centre can refer you to a flex job (fleksjob).

If you are approved for a flex job, the job centre will pay out unemployment benefits to you if you become unemployed. We are not notified if you are approved for a flex job, so you must unregister yourself from the unemployment insurance fund if you no longer wish to be a member.
