A company internship is an offer for unemployed members and is a form of active employment measure. It can be an excellent way to gain experience in a field of work and to get your foot in the door at a company.

A company internship is a practical training period where you work in a private company or a public organisation for 2 to 4 weeks. You do not get a salary but continue to receive unemployment benefits. You must apply for jobs during your internship,

When you participate in active employment measure, such as a company internship, you must actively search for employment and be available for a full-time job without notice. Simultaneously, you must attend mandatory meetings with the job centre or another provider, and with the unemployment insurance fund.
