Member feedback, when you're in touch with us
When you are in touch with us, fx via a phone call, a meeting, or an event, we send you a brief survey to gather your feedback on your experience afterwards.
We learn from your feedback in order to develop our services, and provide you and our other members with the best possible experience, whenever you require our assistance or use our services.
Legal Basis
The use of your membership feedback is based on the General Data Protection Regulation:

- Article 13, section 1, letters a-f
- Article 13, section 2, letters a, b, d, f)
- Article 21, section 1
Processing of Personal Data
We store the personal data you provide when giving your feedback in surveys, e.g., name, phone number, and e-mail address.
We save your assessment of your experience and any feedback provided in free text, which is linked to your membership information.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your assessment and feedback
- Request deletion of your assessment and feedback
- Have any incorrect information corrected

Your feedback will be anonymized after 5 years
Your assessment and feedback will be anonymized automatically after 5 years.
