Meetings are cancelled on April 7th and Mit AKA, our chat and phones are closed until April 8th

Unfortunately, we have not finished updating our membership systems and we have had to close Mit AKA again. We are working hard to resolve this and apologize for the inconvenience.

You will not be able to access Mit AKA, chat or call us until Thursday, April 8th at 10 AM. We will not be able to hold phone meetings today. If you have an appointment with us today, Wednesday April 7th, you will be contacted to arrange a new time when our membership systems are updated.

What to do if you are newly unemployed, recent graduate or would like to become a member:

  • If you are newly unemployed register as unemployed on jobnet.dk on the first day as unemployed. From April 8th, you can fill out an unemployment declaration on Mit AKA.
  • If you have just graduated and the deadline for changing status is when the systems are closed send an email to kontakt@aka.dk stating that you want to change status. However, you must still fill in the form on April 8th, but with the email you will make sure that you meet the deadline.
  • If you would like to register as a member, please fill in this form. We will then get back to you in order to confirm your registration.
  • Other urgent need for contact: Send a message to kontakt@aka.dk. However, we will not respond until Wednesday April 8th at the earliest.
